First Figure - Pass Through (Polkas) 168 bars
1 Top couples:
Pass through: they pass through, gents on the outside (2 bars), ½ turn clockwise (2 bars), pass back and turn inwards (4 bars).
8 bars
Swing, with ceili hold. 8 bars
Ladies chain R hands in the centre and L to the opposite gent who turns her clockwise underarm and dances round her.  Ladies pass back R to R, give R hands to partners, and ¼ turn to face around the set with R hands held on the lady’s R shoulder and L hands held low in front. 8 bars
Lead around to place, the ladies ½ turning under the gents’ R arms and into ceili hold on the last 2 bars. 8 bars
Swing. 8 bars
2 Side couples now dance 1. 40 bars
3 Top couples now repeat 1. 40 bars
4 Side couples now repeat 1. 40 bars
Second Figure - Advance and Retire (Polkas) 72 bars
1 Advance, retire and half lead round: All couples advance with crossed hand hold (2 bars), retire into R shoulder hold keeping the R hands held (2 bars), lead around to the opposite place and face in, the ladies turning underarm into ceili hold (4 bars). 8 bars
Swing. 8 bars
Advance, retire and half lead home, the ladies turning underarm into ceili hold. 8 bars

2 Advance, retire and half lead round.

Third Figure - Pass through and Turn Opposites (Polkas) 136 bars
1 Top couples:
Pass through and turn opposites: couples dance through each other, gents on the outside, and ½ turn clockwise to take L arm hold with the opposite lady/gent and dance ¼ turn anti-clockwise, take R shoulder hold with their own partners (4 bars), and lead around to the place opposite their own where the ladies turn underarm into ceili hold (4 bars).

Sevens and house home: facing partners and keeping the same hold, both couples dance into the set 1234567, and back234567, with the weight on the leading foot in both directions (4 bars). They then house across into their own places (4 bars). 8 bars

Fourth Figure - Ladies Chain (Polkas) 176 bars
1 Top couples:
Ladies chain R hands in the centre and L to opposite gent who turns her clockwise underarm and dances round her.  Ladies pass back R to R, give R hands to partners, and turn underarm into ceili hold.

Sevens: while 2nd couple stand facing each other with ceili hold, 1st couple, with the same hold, dance 1234567 in and back and house across 1½ turns so that 1st gent stands in front of 2nd gent and 1st lady in front of 2nd lady, hands still held. 8 bars
Four-hand sevens: both couples dance sevens into the centre and back (4 bars) and house into the place opposite their own. 8 bars
Sevens and house home: they dance sevens in and back and house home. 8 bars
2 Side couples now dance 1. with 1st couple leading. 40 bars
3 Top couples now dance 1. with 2nd couple leading. 40 bars
4 Side couples now dance 1. with 2nd couple leading. 40 bars
Fifth Figure - The Gathering In (Polkas) 136 bars
1 Double house around: all couples house around twice. 16 bars
2 Circle: All take hands in a circle and advance and retire twice. 8 bars
3 Swing partnerswith waltz hold. 8 bars
4 Change partners: Gents dance 1 step into the centre of the set and 1 step to quarter turn R to face anti-clockwise around the set.  At the same time, ladies dance 2 steps on to the next gent on their R and new partners take waist hold (2 bars).  Couples lead around back to the gent's place (6 bars). 8 bars
5 Circle.
Swing.
Change partners.
